This is my first time getting shipped eggs what do i need to do before I incubate them? Let them sit? Put them right into the incubator?

Welcome to BYC
Let them sit for about 24 hours before you put them in the incubator. This will allow the yolk to re-center intself inside the egg. Have your incubator preheated to 99.5 degrees. Candle the eggs at 7-10 days. The eggs that are clear at that time you can throw out. Happy Hatching....

I just received some shipped eggs on friday and after carefully unwrapping them placed them pointy end down in an egg carton to settle over night before going into the incubator the next morning. Good luck!

I have gotten my eggs from auction this time and I made the mistake of rushing them to the incubator. I think I'd of had better luck if I had let them sit and not been so impatient.
