First time getting chickens, this one sticks out from the rest a bit. Is it a rooster?

Hi fellas! Ive been doing so much googling and cant seem to get a solid answer in my head. This chicken has long skinny neck feathers and more colors than the rest. Its also a bit bigger, but the tail feathers appear like a hens. They are all about 4-5 months old. It hasnt showed any aggresive behavior at all, nor has it been crowing at all. Thanks for the help guys

Had to go look for the picture on your profile page, but yes, that is a cockerel. He's got male specific saddle/back feathers.
