Well, today brought nothing and she pushed one egg out and it was cold when I found it so decided to remove the other one as day 25, the one she pushed out was a horrible stinky mess but the one I took had a chick in it so was very upset as it was dead. Am wondering if it was already dead which is why it didn't hatch - no cheeping ever from the egg when I listened- or if I killed it, which is a horrible thought. Now wondering if I should have given it another day but was worried about the chicks already hatched as at three days they had never left the nest. What are people's thoughts?
