I have been hatching some eggs, 3 in total, in an Janoel 24 incubator. Everything looked really good at lockdown on day 18. Aircells looked good, could clearly see the chicks and head shapes within the eggs.

At some point, something had happened and the airvent ended up closed. I think it was 1 day but could have possibly been 2. It was discovered day 20 and reopened the vent.
Today is the morning of day 23 and still no signs of pipping.
One egg, the aircell has become visible from the outside of the egg without.candling and has become darker at day 21 onwards.

I was hoping for some reassurance that they might be okay and what are the chances of any survivors?

I'd appreciate any help at all!

Are you using an external thermometer? A cold incubator can add a couple days to a hatch. I was hatching quail on day 20 my first hatch, now I average day 16, all because the incubator was a degree cold!

I'm not using an external thermometer, I was recommended the Janoel 24 due to the fact that it sets the temperature and is meant to be fairly stable. The more I read, the more I regret not having one at the beginning.
