for Thursday hatch. Just ONE, please???? Should I leave a light on for them overnight in case they do hatch?

If I have a useless non-hatch, what can I do to see where I went wrong and how to adjust for the next batch? I am determined to hatch some successfully!!!!!

Any input would be very appreciated - THANKS!
