My first time hatching chicks and so far I have 2. She is in the regular nesting box. My question is do I need to move them? How does the baby get to the water? Will the mother get them down or do I move food and water to them?

if she is in the nest box of the coop with other hens then moving her to her own we house/ run like a rabbit hutch is a good idea, and she will take them to food, but if they are up to high then they will either starve or fall out and can hurt themselves. shallow dishes are good for chicks as you don't want them to drown/ become trapped in them. when mine have their chicks I put the food and water inside in a little cat dish and outside as well so that's they have to option, my broody pens as I call them all have secure roofs, and shelter as well. if you move them then moving them at night is the best idea, also unless you have to don't move them until hatching finishes ( about 48 hours after the first hatches) or they may get off the unhatched eggs to take out their babies.
