First time hatching eggs

I am worried I have an egg that's pip n the beak is out the hole but it's not moving or zipping what should I do or is it dead already

It can take between 1-24 hours between that first pip and the zip. Don't assist the chick, it will do it more harm than good.

Agreed. if they can't get themselves out, they probably aren't developed properly. Sad part of nature, but truly the strong survive.
