Hello I am new at hatching eggs n I am worried I have a egg that's pip an the beak is out the hole n it hasn't done no more to the egg an also the peeps not moving

Yes like GodofPecking said do not touch it! Once it has piped it will take about at least 12 hours before it zips, right now it is in the resting period and its finishing absorbing its yoke. Just stay calm and relax. Baby chicks can hatch on there own its there instinct. If for some reason it has not hatched for 24 hours after it piped then this might be the time to intervene. Go to the search bar and type in "How to assist an egg hatching" There is a great article for guiding you through the process.
