first time hatching ?

My Bourbon Red eggs have begun to pip. What is the average to hatch after this first step? I know it can take awhile but I look about every 5 seconds.

Thanks turkey guru. Tommorow will be day 28. I can hear them peeping. Humidity is 71% and steady.
