After incubation, what do I do with the non-fertilised eggs?
Can I store it in the fridge afterwards? or not?

You throw them away. I usually toss my clears at day 10 of incubation.

Many people take "clear" eggs (those that do not develop during early incubation) and cook them up to feed to the chickens. I just discard them, except for turkey eggs, those are marketable for pysanky.
