Today, I have let the chickens have free range of the garden. They are seven weeks old and absolutely love it. Has anyone got ideas for safe treats I could put around for them to find? I will link our Facebook page if anyone wants to see more of our pictures.

I wouldn't bother putting out treats for them to find. They won't find them all and so a portion will always be wasted. Let them enjoy chomping on grass/bugs/etc while they are out and about.

I'd keep any treats for bringing them to you as part of the taming and handling process and while they are in their coop/run area to help break up the monotony.

That's probably a better idea. Thank you
