Swollen joint on 3 mo old peachick

What can I do for swollen joint on my peachick. It has fever also. Don't see any marks around it. He will not put wt on this leg

It would be helpful to know where the joint is so pics would help us. I had to take a chick to the vet just yesterday because of a similar problem. My chick has a broken thumb.
