This is my first time incubating chicken eggs (currently have chickens and ducks). I had one chick hatch early this morning and apparently sometime around lunch time seems it may have made a hole in one of the other eggs in the incubator. I checked it and the chick was becoming shrink wrapped. I got it out, and not sure what I'm looking at. Can someone shed some light on this for me? Is this chick going to be ok? TIA.

I know it's your first time, but please DO NOT remove eggs/chicks from the incubator and especially do not help them out of eggs until they've had at least 24 hours to try and get out on their own.

Removing them from the humidity of the incubator makes shrink-wrapping worse. Removing a chick from an egg too soon (you can see it's not done absorbing the yolk) can doom them to death.
