First time incubating eggs

Ok so yesterday morning I removed the turner and upped humidity. Today 10pm would put it at day 20 and it’s 6:30pm now. I didn’t expect anything to happen yet.
I see one external pip. Should I check for internal pips or not mess with them? I work tomorrow and I’m kinda stressed about it lol

I would let them hatch not disturbing them, not really anything to be gained at this point by candling.

It’s all here just needs to be thrown together lol

Got home today to four healthy looking, as far as I can tell, chicks the last two eggs are pipped!
How long should I leave the shells in there?

I don't take eggshells out until chicks are in the brooder.
