first time incubating, getting worried

can anyone please tell me if its ok for the incubator to have temperature range of 98F and 101F
and what is the minimum required temperature that incubator must have ?

So what about humidity at 65% when you have chicks that hatch at day 21 and still have some that may be hatching at day 25 that's 4 days. Chicks can't survive in incubator for that many days correct? You want to take out the ones that hatched after 24 hours correct? Then you mist incubator to increase humdiity? ?
