First time incubating, have some Q's

Hello everyone!
I just have a few questions to be sure that I am doing this right. I am using a hova-bator. The eggs were put in yesterday and the temp has held steady at 100.3 and the humidity at 55%. There is an automatic turner in it. Does that sound like they are doing okay? Should the temp be higher or lower or the humidity higher or lower? I've read 50% on humidity but I wasn't sure if I should mess with it if it is so close. Let me know! Any help is greatly appreciated!

Great! Thanks for replying! I can read it a bunch from a book but a person saying, "yes that's right, you're fine" seems much more ensuring!
