You could add a wet sponge if you are worried but that humidity should be just fine. Good luck!

1 didn’t develop at all infertile maybe
1 chick died inside the egg before day 21..

Does anyone incubate through the fall or winter?

I started in partly winter and went over to spring.. here where i am from... pain in the ass if you have a incubator that only uses a variable resistor through an element to make heat cause when the days heat up and you set it up when it was cold the temp rises..

One could always use a thermo regulator that goes on and off too keep it exactly at that temperature but thats a pain in the ass to setup.

So its better to get one that keeps it at temp and doesnt just run through a variable resistor..

But thats my personal opinion
