I have never done this before I am new to have chicken as a whole. I am putting ten eggs into the incubator today from my hens. Just wondering if anyone has any words of wisdom before I get started. I plugged my incubator in last night and the temp is holding at 100 degrees which I think is good. However any advice would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

Always remember your temps and humidity will go down for a few hours after the eggs are been put in the bator....Have patience and fun...If you have questions come back to the board and someone will try to help you....

Make any adjustments you feel are necessary in tiny increments, and wait a few hours in between. Only ever adjust ONE thing at a time, or you will end up with your head spinning.

Good Luck
