First time letting hen hatch eggs what do I do?

Well I came home today and 3 of the 5 babies had passed away. Im shocked and don't know what happened. They were just fine this morning, acting completely normal. I left at 7:50 am for work and came back at noon and they were gone. What could have happened in just a few hours? My little Mouse is still strong and thriving and the dark partridge is also up and moving. I've added apple cider vinegar to the water and changed the bedding out.

Thank you they are both doing much better. They are both named now Mouse and Mousse. They are adorable and have healthy appetites.
