First time mama

My hen, after many failed attempts, has just hatched her first baby!! We are so excited!! However, I have no clue as to when they start eating?? I know I need the antibiotic treated crumble..but when will they start eating it?

when a chick hatches it lives on it's yolk reserves for 1-2 days after that it can start eating, or earlier depending on the chick

The yolk is absorb in the shell before it hatches.

Since you have food out for mama she will spill some or for them to eat. Medicated feed isn't necessary. Some give it, some don't.

It's not antibiotics, BTW.
