First time molting - Anything I need to know?

My SLW Go-Go went broody like 6 times this year and I think due to her exhaustion she is molting. She looks terrible and is so thin. Is there anything I need to know? I put a vest on her just to protect her from the sun a little bit. Her wings are bald in that little crook and they look so sunburnt.

Up her protein intake to help her with feather growth and weight gain. Game bird feed would be good. That's what I gave mine during a molt.

Yes, increasing their protein during a molt will help them get through their molt. However, if the feather loss is in the crook of the wing where it connects to the body, that sounds like rooster damage from mating.
