First time my Dad sees a hen lay an egg :)

So, today we're fixing my coop and Master Carpenter (Dear Dad) got a poke in the ribs from me. "Shush and watch Dad" I said, pointing to the corner nest with a hen concentrating hard.
He got to watch our big mama hen stand up and lay a big blue egg.... I always give my Dad the blue eggs, he thinks they're the best.
Now he knows the coop he is fixing has a special girl in it laying blue eggs just for him, DD got a spring in his step after that
