First time pheasant grower

What is the best feed and bedding for baby pheasants... we bought 75 chicks yeasterday and got them gone and we have 34 left??

What does got them gone mean? Did they die?

If they're day old, I'd use paper towels till they know what food is. They need a high protein game bird starter for the first few weeks. About 28% protein.
After the first few days you can switch to pine shavings for bedding.
