Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? Relatively new. This will be the 3rd year for me.

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Eggs are free is the best aspect....well minus feed....I'm teaching my grandkids to gather eggs and feed them.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Love to plant my garden
Love to fish in my lake
Have 6 dogs I love to death
2 horses and 30+acres to roam around on

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.I have 3 grown kids and 10 grandkids and 4 of the grandkids live here on the property full time with me. I do not work away from home anymore. I'm a full time grandma

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? Not sure how I found the group and have known about it for about 2 weeks and so I joined
