First time processing -- I did 11 (MOSTLY) Roos.

You guys are making me hungry.

The more I read about you processing your birds/eating eggs... the more I'm getting the "quail itch." It makes me shaky and I dream of quail pens........

I love my little Coturnix, they're such easy birds to raise. this is what i'v been doing with my jumbos and a&ms i'm loving the quail meat. glad to see others are seeing how easy of a meal they can be
