First time to candle ever. Is my egg good.

These are 2 different eggs. Do they look normal? Sunday will be the 7th day. I have a few that I know they are questionable. I can see the veins in these.

It looks like you're candling through the bottom - it would be much easier to see what's going on if you candle through the top and the air cell. The first egg I can see an embryo in and it looks to be developing. The second egg I can't make anything out.

So I need to candle thru the big end or the pointy end?

Through the big end, the end that will be upwards in the turner if you are using an autoturner.

Top egg has development, the second egg looks to have nothing. Just to be on the safe side, you can leave it in the incubator and re-candle in a couple days, if it still loois the same, it's a trash egg.
