First timer-Barred rock pullets chickens

So my husband comes back from the store with two BRP chicks . They are about 3-4 weeks old we still have them under a heat lamp. Don't know anything about raising chickens. Please help. When do the go I a coop outside.what should we be feeding them. How often to change the tank they are in? Help help help

Greetings from California, day 2 of the baby chick social experiment.. they woke up to the roosters here at 0:400 peeping and scratching around, they seem happy and interested in what I am doing at the moment. peep peep peep. I believe they are communicating with each other I have not learned to speak
Barred Rock yet I guess.
