First timer building a duck house

Congratulations on building your first duck house. I live in south central PA and while not as cold as the Midwest it does get into the negative 0 on occasion. My duck house has a plywood floor and I used marine paint to seal it and painted a few inches up the wall. I use smart board from homedepot as siding and no insulation. I have a slant roof and the space between the roof and the top I have 1/4 inch wire over it to provide ventilation across the top. It has a sliding door front center rigged with pulleys to slide up and down. It also has a rod that slides from the end to hold the door up when open and keep it locked down when closed.

Thanks everyone, that's a lot of good advice. Sounds like some folks insulate and some don't. I may end up doing it after all, and then put in some windows that can be open in the summer if they get too warm. I will try to get some pics soon!
