Hi, currently I hatch and raise chickens but decided to try ducks. I have 9 fertile duck eggs that I set on the 25th. they all show veins, and they seem to be spreading. Also there are a dark spot or two that seems to be getting larger, which I'm sure is the embryo. My question is, this is all happening on one side. I am turning them several times a day so they are not sitting on the same side. I dont find any pictures that show how mine look. I set chicken eggs too on the same day and the entire egg is pretty much filled except the top and bottom. Again I'm not sure how duck egg development differes from chicken eggs.

Thanks for your help.

Normal, ducks and geese are different from chickens in so many ways. There is a sticky at the top of the goose thread that is a hatching guide. Save it and refer to it. Pete is fabulous for sharing it with everyone.
