The first to hatch is knocking all the eggs around. It actually cracked one and some yolk drops are coming out. What should I do? This chick isn't completely dry yet and I don't want to shrink-wrap any that may have pipped and got rolled over. 🤦‍♂️

if you have a well heated brooder, and they are damaging other eggs, I would remove them. if the bird is not a threat however, I would leave them, because their chirping is what inspires other eggs to hatch, and it would be lonely if you had one bird in the brooder and the other hatching on their own.

That's what I was thinking. It's the Manna pro incubator. It's pretty good. It's about 75% humidity right now. I'm high altitude so I guess you go a little higher here. It's sleeping now. I have a brooder with almost 20 5 day old silkies in it, about the same size. I'm worried if I should keep these guys separate though since there are way more silkies than them. 🤷‍♀️
