First to pip hasnt hatched??? But two others have?

My first chick to pip is just sitting in its egg nibbling on the same area--no turning to zip--meanwhile two have hatched that pipped after it. Thoughts?

It happens sometimes. One chick will take it's time while the others can't get out quick enough. I wouldn't worry until it's been 24 hours+ since it pipped. How long has it been now?

I've had this happen to mine last year, it could be many things, just weak, humidity may be too low, or just is slow at breaking out! Best of Luck!!!!!

Humidity is at 74% and it's been 20 hrs.

The first few times I hatched I had chicks do the same thing, after 24-hrs I helped them out, they almost always had something wrong with them to the point of either being culled or dying soon after. After that, I have kind of let nature do its thing since I dislike culling. I have had a few that just needed help but after the first experiences I just observe for the most part.
