First wounded chicken

Last week I had my first wounded chicken. I think my new puppy tried to play with her. I separated her from the other ones, brought her inside and treated her with Vetericyn and antibiotic ointment every day. Today, I gave her some Vit E and I'm giving her some Pedialite. I don't think she is eating a lot, her food bowl stays pretty full. She will eat when I hand feed her. I don't see her drink either, which makes me very worried. So, I wonder if I'm doing thinks right. Her poop is very watery and yellowish. I don't know what that means.
I'm uploading some pics from before and now.
Maybe you can tell me if her skin looks like it's getting better. it's not red or pink anymore, it's a dark yellow and dry. I'm just worried. please help

Looks more like perhaps the other chickens have been pecking her. It should heal up. If you have her totally isolated from the flock she may not eat and drink well. It's always best to separate them out inside the coop to keep them a part of the flock.

It is much better to separate right in the coop if possible. Removing them can sometimes make putting them back without problems impossible. She will also be stressed being moved and being alone, so another reason to keep them near the flock if possible.

I would spray that area with bluekote. It looks like she's growing feathers back in too.
