Aww, thanks Red.

I do specialize in saltwater fish, but I do also sell freshwater fish. I don't normally ship my fish, but do make exceptions. If you're just wanting 5.00 worth of freshwater fish, it isn't worth paying shipping in other words, and I'm not in the least bit offended if you go elsewhere. My website has our current fish list of what we have in stock, but we can also order in almost anything. For freshwater orders just pm or email me.

Here's my koi ponds. I designed and built them myself. Maintenance is so much easier than a fish tank. Some of my fish are over 30" long.

Its Very Nice :) You could always stock it with these: http://glacvcd.org/Contents/Vector-Services-Info/Mosquitofish.aspx
No
Matter how shallow/cold/hot

Actually Michigan won't allow mosquito fish to be brought into the state. Anytime you stock a pond, you should double check state laws before bringing in anything new.

We found out our pond is actually deep enough to put catfish in so we ordered 100 to pick up in May this year. We'll also be adding some fathead minnows.

Thanks! Be careful....koi can start out as an innocent little fun hobby and quickly become an obsession....as you can see from my back yard! I have 4 ponds in the yard now. 9000 gallons, 4600 gallons, 1300 gallons and 5000 gallons. The 5000 gallon one also has a creek and pool at the bottom where my two turtles live. This is the turtle's pond. I have since added very deep mulch to the fenced enclosure so the female can lay eggs. The turtles are Florida Red Belly Cooters and they are 10 years old.

Thank you. I know folks in your area that have koi ponds, but they have to bring the fish inside for the winter and shut the pond down. that's WAY too much trouble!!
