Brown shrimp have a more fishy taste
We have locally white but fresh shrimp in like Walmart are usually brown from the north east

my sister gets the jumbo and lay them on wax paper on a tin and freeze then bag. When she wants some she takes out individuals not a big glob and grill on kabobs comes out real good

Ah. Well in that case I don't like seafood. With the exception of freshly smoked alaskan salmon on some crackers.

I seriously want to go to Alaska right now just to get some fresh salmon.... hmmmm

This is the God's truth, Chinese crawfish are big time disgusting. Only eat Louisiana crawfish in season, please, for your taste buds sake.

Some pretty good crawdads come out of arkansas also.
