Excited to say that all our girls are now laying. We got two more first time eggs today, so that means we don't have to wait on anyone any longer! We're keeping Noodles around until he crows or we see him mount a hen to verify without a doubt that he's not a manly hen, (I'm sure he's a cockerel, but I don't want to get rid of him, so I'm playing the "I'm not sure" game with my husband.) Thanks for everyone's input, advice, and patience while I created 23408734 different threads. Hopefully now I can cut it down to only 2348.

Had to smile at the denial......my daughter is going through that now with her favorite bird, sent me pics today wanting me to say I was wrong when I was visiting a couple of weeks ago and told her that both their favorite chicks were cockerelsc ockerels
