Five Week EE - Girl or Boy?

This little EE - here with his/her Orpington foster mom - is five weeks old today.



I'd been thinking "Girl," but now that comb has me wondering . . . help!

From the picture it looks like a hen to me! I have 1 month old EEs and only one has a comb, hoping It's a Roo.

At only five weeks and judging only on the comb, right now I would lean towards boy. But you won't know for sure for a few weeks.

I should probably try for better pictures, too, since these don't seem to be conveying much to people.

I'm gonna go with girl, then again I think you should wait until he/she's a bit older.

I agree with waiting a bit but that comb is awfully red and looking boy-ish to me.
