I would remove any and all usable wood,roof or anything else and start rebuilding at your place check Craigslist for free lumber or fence, I saw some barn wood listed and asked my DD if she wanted it and she said no they had enough to finish their project, also if you have a co-op in your town they often have wood plattes they burn and will give you for free. marrie
