My husband and kids are new to the chicken world. We have 8 gold sex links that we purchased from Tractor Supply just a week ago. I have done a lot of research but still feel totally unprepared but excited! I named our flock, The Golden Girls. We are so excited for this journey with our furry ladies. Our flock joins my husband and I, our 4 human kids, our 2 dogs and 4 cats. During the day I'm a RN and my husband is a recycle collection driver. I've got lots of questions and any suggestions for a newbie are greatly appreciated!!!!

If you would like to share Pictures and Stories of your flock or other critters, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)
