Flashing humidity

I’ve got my Kebonnixs doing a test run before we add the orbs, the secondary temp/hygrometer is arriving Monday. The humidity is flicking between 20 and 32 every few seconds. Anyone have any insight? Thanks!

There is a little vent at the top. Slide it over..let it sit..adjust till you get what you need.

I've actually got eggs in lockdowns in mine right now. I've got the vaporizer by it..I have hatched eggs in it successfully. I do notice during lock down to get 65 humidity I have to shut the vent almost entirely or run a vaporizer near it. Also try wrapping a shirt or towel around it. I have a shirt around mine because it's in a larger room. I just leave the top exposed.

No, but it seems to have sorted itself out After calibrating my govee, it also reads within 2+/-

Do they get enough air with it shut? I worried since the instructions say to leave it open during hatch

I've had it completely closed before or I open it with a vaporizer near..it's hard to maintain humidity during lock down..unless it's closed or directly near a vaporizer. Plus it has a fan. I wouldn't worry.

Lockdown..is usually the worry part with that thing. It is my one and only complaint..i have mine wrapped with a shirt and a vaporizer right now. I went to dump water in my vaporizer. When that vaporizer went off, I lost a couple humidity points.

My vent is open just a little. It was closed but I opened it..cause the humidity went up. You see it's wrapped and there's a vaporizer. I know I'm nuts.
