So my ducks are in a pen in my back yard with a pool I clean daily and I rake daily to keep the poop cleaned as much as possible but there are flies everywhere. There aren’t a lot in the coop mostly just in the grassy pen...Is there anything I can use that’s not toxic to my ducks to prevent so many flies ?

Try hanging fly traps, and you can spray with permethrin too.
