Flight pens large aviaries inexpensive ideas?

Here is my aviary, it's about 37x15 and goes down the side of my house. It was really easy to build, the netting is supported by a cord going down the middle, and the sides are held up by metal clips attached to the side of my house and fence. The bottom of the netting is attached to 4x4s laying around the perimeter. It was reasonably cheap too because we already had the house and fence to build off of. It didn't cost more than $600 dollars. The pond is a little dirty because we need to have an electrical outlet installed to have a fountain and filter put in. Currently it houses a pair of pheasants and a pair of quail, plus more quail and doves in the pens at the back. I don't know if you meant something like this aldren90, but I wanted to show everyone.

if you are going to spend the money on Cranes, you need to spend the money on the pen. Just my opinion. I have been lookinga t cranes are for pair you are easily looking at $1200 or more.
The species of birds you are getting will depend on how you build your pen so you need to make that list first. Different types of ducks have different needs. Dabblers need a shallower pond than do divers and divers need more water area.

what size avairy are you looking at and I make can help. we have pens from 10x10, 16x24 to our main one which is 125x75. We are currently working on a 32x43 catch pen.

Even if you don't think you have a predictor problem you never know. We did not think that either and had chicken wire on a turkey pen and over night one year a dog ripped through the wire and killed all 16 of our 3 month old turkeys.

A list of species would be great to know where to start to help you build you pen. I also called around alot when we built out big avairy last year and have the webpages of some of the places saveed (like the netting0 that gave me the best price.
