Flint stone vitamins (without iron) safe?

I heard you can give your chickens children vitamins, if they are ill, as long as they don't have iron.
We picked up flintstone vitamins at the store, is that ok for us to give to the chicken?

I read about mostly giving liquids like Polyvisol Enfamil or Pedialyte but would hard vitamins work if i crushed them up?
