no idea why this posted twice.
The ones the eggs should all be from always grow out Italian colours so it`s all i can think really that would make sense. I know it is possible to have a mix but these guys usually don't.

How cute are the babies!!
I have never seen or touched freshly hatched quails, and I have another five days wait, getting impatient!
I never candled the eggs. One was removed yesterday as it started to smell bad. 27 left.

7 out f ny 12 have hatched now. Looking really good this batch of eggs. Aww like mentioned previously the minute you see a baby one up close you'll be addicted to hatching them! The stork tub is the tallest tub my friend could find as he was looking after the eggs, and funny enough one of the chicks needed fishing out of it, ah he never listens to me when i warn him but we're lucky the chick is fine!

Any sounds or movement? When do you start noticing anything with coturnix eggs?

The last of my buttons hatched this morn. I have 12 a&m's left in the bator. Then I need to take a break. I'm over my head with quails haha
