Flock Block

Anyone have a recipe for Flock Block?

I made a "popsicle" version for when we were having 90 degree + days. I took a good sized tupperware and put birdseed, rolled oats, mealworms, grapes, raisins, and whatever else I had lying around. Filled with enough water to hold it all together and stuck it in the freezer overnight. Popped it out when it started to get warm out and the went berzerk!

I know there are a few threads of cooking-method flock blocks... just do a search and you'll find a bunch.
