That's terrible. We had one roo go mean a couple years ago. Technically, he was more unpredictable than constantly aggressive, so he had to go to freezer camp. I think he got a god complex b/c he was the only roo. Now that we have more than one ro, the boys are all even tempered.

Thank you! This past spring we ended up with 7 Rhode Island Red Roosters out of a ground of 20 hatched chicks...he was our favorite.
