i bet green peafowl, ? What about adult muscovy ducks chinese geese or huge game roosters ? I read game roosters can defend from predators

Hire a guy to protect them at night? Silly idea but I could imagine folks taking shifts and when a weasel comes around they bop it in the head with a baseball bat.

rofl the only bird that kills big predators at night like foxes mink skunks and coons is great horned owls see if u can get one to nest

all other birds roost at night



there are cranes and emus also which are said to be dangerous

a billy goat can deter medium size predators like a coon or opossum but small and fast and big would still be a problem

will a billy goat hit small predators with its horns? i am not sure? No idea if they do, mini donkey will kick them i hear also but rmemebber mini donkey and billy goat are easy prey for dogs and coyotes might as well just get the real deal and get a big donkey or a big lama that is aggressive towards predators


also remember during the day a good game rooster should spur a fox in the face with its spurs and attack a fox ive seen my game roosters spur all kinds of animals during the day


other breeds panic too easy and dont fight but game roosters dont and they go into fight mode very easy good kind of adult game rooster is an adult shamoo rooster will nail a fox good when it goes for the hens my pheonix rooster nailed a fox good also


all oriental gamy type roosters have the predator fighting instinct while jersy giants polish leghorns RIR and all non game tend to panic scream and just run off its fight or flight when they flight they are doomed,


predators tend to back off when a rooster that is just as big as them starts flogging them with their spurs the predator gets shocked and will back off cause they arent use tobeing attacked by such a huge bird, spurs dont feel good either specially a game roosters huge ones but this i during the day at night a game rooster can get eaten alive by a rat
