I ordered my chicks on Friday! 1 each of BO, BA, GC, BR and 2 EE's! I'm so excited. They arrive May 6th so now it's time to get the brooder and coop going. I'll be honest, it's going to be really hard not to get an extra chick when I pick my guys up. Thanks for all your advice on what to get.

I have 8 girls. 1 RIR 2 EE 1 BA and 4 RSL. I like the color from the Easter Eggers. I like the huge eggs from the Red Sexlinks. The RIR is small, like a little red hen & the Australorp is a big black beautiful hen that lays little eggs. I like em all, it's a great mix. I get on average 6 eggs a day, but sometimes 8.
