I have found this woman from the UK selling on ebay what looks like that foam non skid shelf liner that you can get at dollar tree as non skid mats for a brooder is this safe?

I believe people on here use that. I know that I've seen pictures of that non-skid shelf liner in brooder photos. I've never personally used it, but I don't see anything wrong with it.
