I don't know about the product mentioned, but controlling humidity is much simpler with sufficient ventilation in the coop.

I was thinking more along the lines of helping keep the floor dry under the bedding.
 
If you are looking for something to protect your coop's wooden floor. Take a look a Lowes Blackjack#57 rubberized roof coat. Just roller it over your floor and forget it. It totally seals all floor seams, and the seam/gap where the walls meet the floor. Unlike vinyl or linoleum, it actually becomes part of the floor, nothing can get under it. The birds can't do anything to it. I've had this stuff down in my coop going on 5yrs, and it looks as good as the day I poured it in there. If it can deal with sealing a roof, exposed to all extremes of weather, protecting a coop's floor is nothing to it.
