In the Brooder
We used sheet linoleum glued onto plywood floor, one piece also glued 4 ft up the walls so that I could hose out the house if needed. I would suggest no pattern as occasionally my girls will try to "get" the blue diamonds!

We are adding some kind of linoleum or vinyl flooring next time we clean it out! Any suggestions on what kinds? We used sheet linoleum glued onto plywood floor, one piece also glued 4 ft up the walls so that I could hose out the house if needed. Mine is in the coop permanently. I do not have any water in my coop so it gets cold but not icy.I have been using vinyl for 4 years now just friction fit it is starting to crack a bit from the cold (-40º Canada) but duct tape is still keeping it together. Does the job. I like the fact I can remove it and hose it off.
Word of advice do not tamper with it in the cold.
Rule of thumb ice in water.
That is how mine cracked.
